Customer Service System Upgrade

To better serve you, we have upgraded our customer information and billing system. This upgrade replaced 30-year-old technology with a new system that enables us to provide more efficient, flexible and responsive service to all of our customers.

You’ll notice a number of changes:
  • A new 11-digit account number
  • A reformatted bill that is easier to read
  • New names for our online account services
  • A special telephone number for payments: 888-PAY-PSNH (729-7764)
