Service Requests

• New Customer or Moving?
  If you’re new to our service territory, already a PSNH customer, a property manager, or a seasonal customer we’re happy to serve you. Our electric service request forms make it easy to start, stop or transfer service.
• Track Requests
  Display your active service requests, track the status of each request and view all jobs completed in the last thirty days
• Building or Remodeling
  Create a request to install, remove or upgrade electrical service or to look up the status of an existing request for new or upgraded service
• Siding or Painting
  Create a request to install or remove electrical protective covering for safety, while working near electrical lines. Float a meter to temporarily remove meter socket for siding.
• Streetlights
  Report a streetlight or private outdoor rental light that is out or malfunctioning, and track the status of its repair.
• Tree Trimming
  Request tree trimming work or comment on the tree work performed on your property. Read our FAQ's to understand why and when we trim.
