Statewide Electric Assistance Program (EAP)

Income-eligible PSNH customers may qualify for a discount of 5 percent or more off their monthly electric bill. Residential customers may apply for the Electric Assistance Program (EAP) by contacting one of the Community Action Agencies (CAA) located throughout the state.

The CAA will determine eligibility by total household income and the number of your household members. The table below provides general guidelines. However, it is best to call your local CAA because there are adjustments to some types of income.
