Municipal Smart Start Program

PSNH's municipal customers now have the opportunity to install energy saving measures with no up front costs - through our Smart Start Program. Payment for services and products will be made over time with the savings obtained from lower energy costs.

Here's how it works: Under the program, PSNH pays all of the costs associated with the purchase and installation of approved measures. A Smart Start Purchase and Installation Charge, calculated to be less than the monthly savings, is added to the monthly electric bill until all costs are repaid.
