Teacher Consultants

We're pleased to have the following teacher consultants representing PSNH during the school year:

Joan Langdon of Manchester is responsible for schools in southern New Hampshire. Joan holds a bachelor's and master's degree in elementary education, and worked prior as a substitute teacher in the Greater Manchester area.

Jane Moses of Meredith has covered the central region of New Hampshire for PSNH since 1981. Jane holds a bachelor's degree in English and social studies, and a master's degree in education and administration. She taught for 10 years in both public and private schools prior to her position at PSNH.

Everett R. Frizzell of Stark is responsible for schools in northern New Hampshire. Everett holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in science education, and has taught in the New Hampshire school system for 34 years.

Luciel Wilson of West Peterborough is responsible for schools in western New Hampshire. Luciel holds a bachelor's and master's degree in education, and worked as a teacher in Greenfield, New Hampshire.

Cheryl Sprague of Dover is responsible for schools in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and has taught in the Dover, NH school system for 27 years.
