Electricity is one of the single most important industrial achievements of our
time, and its impact on our lives is far-reaching. "New Hampshire Wired"
traces the history of electricity in our state.
New Hampshire Wired is an educatonal resource for grades 4 - 8. It utilizes
an interdisciplinary approach and is aligned with a number of state educational
standards, including social studies, history, science and math.
PSNH sponsored the development of New Hampshire Wired, in collaboration
with the NH Historical Society, the NH Humanities Council and the NH Department
of Education.
New Hampshire Wired has been provided to school and teachers and is
available here for the benefit of home schools and the general public.
