PSNH provides noncustomer-specific, nonpublic information to electricity suppliers in a nondiscriminatory manner. This includes information about our purchases, operations, and electricity-related goods and services. If we are providing such information to our competitive energy affiliates, we are hereby simultaneously offering the same to any electricity supplier with the same terms and conditions.

Listed below is the information (if any) PSNH is providing to its affiliates.

This page is intended to provide notice to all electricity suppliers of any noncustomer-specific, nonpublic information provided by PSNH to its competitive energy affiliates so that all electricity suppliers may avail themselves of the same.
It is not intended to indicate that PSNH's competitive energy affiliates have any preferential access to services.
