PSNH Energy Park is more than just the corporate headquarters to PSNH.
As the northern anchor to Manchester's historic millyard, it serves
as a public place or "park" where people can go for a walk,
view the river and enjoy the scenery. Our state-of-the-art facilities
are available for the use of non-profit groups and civic organizations.
Feature Attractions
- Scenic Overlook: Located at the northern tip of PSNH Energy Park,
the overlook offers a grand view of the Merrimack River and Amoskeag Falls.
- Riverwalk, Heritage Trail: The creation of PSNH Energy Park added
another vital piece to the millyard's Riverwalk, as well as Manchester's Heritage
Trail.
- Auditorium: With 200 seats and state-of-the-art lighting, video,
audio and presentation systems, our auditorium provides an ideal place for
public organizations and groups to hold meetings or give presentations.
Coming Attractions
- Canal System: Once a source of millyard power along the river, the
last remaining vestige of the Amoskeag Power canal is located on PSNH Energy
Park grounds. Future plans could include creating an informal lawn "amphitheater"
for concerts nearby. The canal area might also be restored and filled with
water.
