Jackman Hydro

Built in 1926 by PSNH, Jackman Hydro is located on the North Branch Contoocook River. Jackman is fed by the Franklin Pierce reservoir, which was created by the hydro's dam and surrounding earthen dikes. Water elevation in the reservoir is managed according to spring run-off.
