Meeting Customer & Community Needs

In addition to our interactive online services, PSNH provides 24-hour customer service through our call center in Manchester. We work closely with customers to provide the technical expertise essential for meeting specialized electrical needs.

  • Providing customers with solutions:   Looking for ways to cut costs at your home or business? PSNH can help. Our account executives can show you how to manage energy more effectively, and advise where and how to purchase energy-efficient products.
    Employing the latest state-of-the-art metering equipment, our account engineers can perform a walk-through audit of your facility to provide insight into energy use and recommend ways to achieve maximum efficiency. They can also help you control the time and rate of your operation's energy consumption.
  • A partner in business:   Our unique statewide presence enables PSNH to play a major role in New Hampshire's business development effort. Our Economic and Community Development Division works in partnership with state and local organizations to help bring new businesses to New Hampshire and enable existing businesses to expand.
    PSNH offers a wide variety of services to companies interested in moving to New Hampshire; we facilitate business locations and work with banks and state agencies to help find the financing necessary for companies to make the move. And once they're here, we provide the electric service that meets their needs and scheduling requirements.
  • Your community is our concern:   Along with a dedication to providing high-quality, reliable electric service, PSNH is committed to promoting the growth and vitality of New Hampshire's communities. We have a deep conviction that, as a statewide organization providing a product essential to everyday life, we have a unique responsibility to the customers and communities we serve.
    In addition to providing dozens of community development grants each year, PSNH also serves as an advisor to cities and towns in their revitalization efforts. We make it a priority to actively support employee volunteerism and sponsor several major annual fund-raising campaigns.
